I just received my first bag today and used the Proctor Silex Mini Food Processor. I had no problem with it in the Fresh Choice or Powermatic Machine. I bought the Light Flavor and it is very mild with no strange taste. It reminded me of a Marlboro Light or Ultra Light. Very nice to smoke. I’m sure your finished product will depend on the moisture content and how you shred it. But at this price It’s sure worth a try
